T.J. and I made a custom Google engine search. We took all the Mesopotamia made me go wow when….hyperlinks and a few other links and added them to the engine search. The custom Google search only uses our websites. The ones we looked over and found to be useful and good.
Things to know
- The custom search does not have a great amount of websites so not every keyword will have a its own webpage.
- This is the easiest way to find the Google search.
- The search will not be on the original Google. (as far as we know) Well, the sites are there, but searching with our engine limits you to the best websites we could find on Mesopotamia.
- If you have a question or comment you can ask us. (we most likely will not know, but Mrs. Ratzel might)
Questions and comments
- If you have a question you can ask T.J., Mrs.Ratzel or myself. (If it is a question on the website itself I would ask T.J.)
- If you have a website you would like to add send us an email and we will see what we can do.
- If you would like to make one yourself, we can send you directions and or get you started.
Just click here! We really hope this search will be a help!

Wow, this is great! YOu guys must of gone through lots of trouble to make this. Yes, I do agree that its small and it only searches for Mesopotamia, but still, great!
Hello to all.
I have ended up getting 11 comments from students at this school today. So thank you Noah, Amanda, Levi, Audrey, Carter, Grant, Sean, Joey, Nic, Lily and Sam. Here are my answers and replys.
First to Sam I Celebrate Fathers Day by grabbing my gifts, waking my syblings sneaking downstairs (the stairs creack) and surprising my dad. We then give him his presants and sometimes treat him to breakfast in bed.
And Lily. I beleive that I am in the same blogging challenge as you because this blog has the same badge as mine. I am glad you could learn from my blog.
Nic. Murder under the microscope is a great activity and I find marine biology interesting. Perhaps you could recommend it to your school.
Noah. There is no other way to say it than Xbox 360 beats PS3 anyday! (Sorry Grant and Carter) It is cheaper which makes up for the payed live and so on. I don’t play COD but I recently got Halo Reach and it is so good. ODST is my 2nd favourite Halo now.
Joey. I got that picture because it was interesting and computerised (like CCs) I try my best to go by CCs laws but occasionally I forget. And yes we should respect the laws as you said.
Sean. That was the first Fete I had ever been to and I really hope its not my last because it was great!
Grant. The thing about online play for me is that I have satalite internet so it mega-lags. It just doesn’t stop lagging so when my live ran out I didn’t get it back. Also Halo Reach is an absolutely amazing game.
Carter. As you probably saw in my comment to Grant Live stuffs at my house. The new Xbox motion sensor thing is called kinect. I play Xbox on weekends and sometimes on weekdays if i’ve finished my homework.
Amanda. I have already had lots of fun using my Xbox and about call of duty half of my friends think that it sucks now that halo reach is out. And that is my answer to your question. Halo Reach is very good. It used to be ODST as my fav but then reach came along…
Audrey. I really enjoyed it Audrey. And yes it was a fundraiser. The money we raised is going to fix up our playground.
And finally Levi. The elite isn’t actually motion sensored but that is kinect a new accesory. The white xbox is either an arcade or a pro if its an arcade they are quite hard to play unless you gat a memory card because of a lack of memory.
And lastly to all of Leawood middle school your blog is blocked at my school so if I take a while to answer comments it is because I have to do them at home.
Brendan.
P.S sorry for any spelling mistakes!
Sorry to Jared and tj because I did not not include them in my mega comment. It is good that you can buy games just about anywhere. Also to jared I got my Xbox at my local EB games (do you have eb games in america?) on Thursday the 17th of June 2010.
Also my parents really want to know what state your school is in could you answer in a comment?
Brendan.
Hello Leawood Middle School,
I think that is cool that you made your very own Google browser specifically made for Mesopotamia. We are studying Mesopotamia at the moment and your Google browser might be very useful. I hope you can make more Google websites in the future. Are you planning to?
From Janis
Hi Janis!
I am so glad that the google browser worked! We are planning to make a google browser for whatever we are learning, but I do not know if we will. It is really cool that you are also learning about Mesopotamia.
Margaret
Hey Janis-
I though that you might want to make a google browser yourself. By typing in http://www.google.com/cse/ to your search window, you’ll come onto the Custom Search Engine at Google. Click the big blue button that says “Create Custom Search Engine”…and it will walk you through the steps you need to take. I hope that it works for you!
Margaret
Hi Joey it’s Carmany, that is totally weird that I just so happen to come to your blog today and read about your Mesopotamia google search engine, because yesterday in Social Studies my class and I were just talking about Mesopotamia. And responding to your comment you sent me on my blog, I want to be a vet because I love animals and I want to make helping and taking care of animals my career.
From, Carmany
Dear Conner,
Bloxorz is pretty good but like any game at our school it got ove played. everyone was so addicted that we ended up playing so much that we were getting to level 30 and to sort. Ofcourse now I can get to about 5 since I can no longer remember any passcodes.
Brendan.
Dear Grant,
A fete is mainly a huge fundraiser that is mostly annual but in our case very rare. They are usually special occasions. Hope this answers your questions.
Brendan.
Nice web log, would of created the blog bit longer, loved reading it though.
