There are plenty of good books to read but, how many of them would actually interest you?  Here are some books that you just might like:

Books similar to the Hunger Games:

Incarceron by Catherine Fisher~ Claudia is in an arranged marriage that she doesn’t want.  She decides to help a prisoner escape from Incarceron, a futuristic prison.  If you like this book, there’s another sequel called Sapphique. 

Uglies by Scott Westerfield~ Tally Youngblood is excited about becoming a Pretty when she becomes 16.  When she meets another young girl, her eyes are opened to the possibilities of rebelling and not wanting to be a Pretty.  “I really liked the book, a different concept than most books I read, ” said Anna Wolock.

And yes this book has several sequels, too.  Pretties, Specials and Extras.

The Maze Runner by James Dashner~ Thomas wakes up in a maze.  He has no idea how he got there but knows he must escape.  If you like this one, it’s part of a triology.

Gone by Micheal Grant~ Recommended by Alexa Breyfogle because she thought this book would be interesting and the plot kept the reader’s attention.
